Pick a time on the site or call the showroom. We confirm the window the same day, and we come to you — evenings and Saturdays included.

We measure everything
About an hour at your house with the sample books. Every window, every depth, every mount decision written down as we go.

A written quote
Itemized by window, by product line, by option, plus the install fee per unit. Nothing bundled, nothing hidden, and the price holds.

Installed
Two to five weeks after the measure, depending on the fabric. A whole house is usually a single visit, and we take the packaging with us.

Made for your window, not cut down to it
A big-box store — A stock blind comes in fixed widths. Whatever is closest gets cut down in the store, which leaves a raw edge, an off-centre pull and gaps at the sides.
The Shades House — Every piece is made to the measurements we take in your house, to the eighth of an inch. There is no stock size in the range because there is no stock.

Watch the bands slide, the sheer layer drop, the drapery run off the glass and a sunlit bedroom go dark — all four are our own installs, moving on their motors.
Every line, not a separate product
Roller, zebra, cellular, dual, Roman, sheer — and the drapery, which traverses the rod on its own track. If we make it, we can motorise it.
One remote, or your phone
A handheld remote in the drawer, a wall switch by the door, or an app and a voice assistant. Scenes open the whole west side at eight and close it at six.
No cord for a child to reach
A motor is the reason every shade we fit can be cordless. On a stair landing or a wall of glass it is the only sensible answer.
Motorisation is priced per window on the quote, so you can put it on the three that matter and leave it off the rest — we will tell you which ones earn it.

Yes. We come out, measure every window, bring physical samples, and give you a written price. There is no fee and no obligation to buy.
Most jobs run three to five weeks from measure to install. Custom fabrics and motorized systems can take a little longer — we give you a date range in writing with the quote, not a guess on the phone.
Someone over 18 needs to be there to let the crew in and sign off at the end. A typical whole-home install is finished in a single visit.

By the finished size of each blind, the product line and fabric you choose, any options like motorization, plus a flat installation fee per unit. Every line is itemized on your quote — nothing is bundled or hidden.
Inside mount sits within the window frame for a clean, built-in look, and needs enough depth. Outside mount covers the whole opening, blocks more light, and hides an out-of-square frame. We check the depth at the measure appointment and recommend one.
